Welcome to Little Lives Lounge, a home based 5D ultrasound studio located in Perth, WA. By using our services, booking an appointment, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully.

1. Our Services

Little Lives Lounge provides non-diagnostic 5D ultrasound sessions for bonding, keepsake, and entertainment purposes only. We are not a medical facility and do not provide any diagnostic or medical services. Our sessions are not a substitute for routine medical or obstetric care.

You must be receiving ongoing prenatal care from a qualified health professional in order to book a session with us.

2. Booking & Payment
-Bookings can be made online via our secure booking system (e.g., Square).
-We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
-We understand plans change. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
-If we must cancel or reschedule your session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a refund.

4. Image Quality Disclaimer
-The clarity of your 5D ultrasound images can vary depending on factors such as baby’s position, gestational age, movement, and maternal anatomy.
-While we always do our best to get clear and beautiful images, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
-No refunds are given based on image quality alone.

5. Media Consent

During your session, we may take photos and videos of your baby using ultrasound equipment. You can choose whether or not to allow us to share these images on our social media or website.

Media consent is completely optional and can be given or withdrawn at any time. You will be asked to sign a consent form before your session.

6. Limitation of Liability

Little Lives Lounge and its staff shall not be held liable for:
-Any diagnostic interpretations of ultrasound images
-Medical issues or complications that arise outside of our services
-Missed gender determinations (if baby is in a difficult position)

We do our best to provide a warm, comfortable, and enjoyable experience, but all sessions are conducted at your own discretion and risk.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. This section outlines how we handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
